I don't really hate anyone except Shitbird and the communists, but the ID's are generally more boring than the JP's, and the EN's are too reddit/SJW. Yogiri and Spade Echo are supposedly blameless so they get a pass; Civia I ranked based on how I liked her before the reveal. The boys were always doomed to be near the bottom.
