The truth is that the managers would slack off and never get anything done. Selen would instead bypass them and get the perms, assets, whatever done herself, making them look bad. The managers, in retaliation, would bitch and scream and immediately pull the plug on whatever Selen was doing and force her to send out a humiliating apology tweet. This happened many, many times.

The answer though is that nearly all of the apologies came directly from Selen or Pomu, but Selen in like 90% of cases. There's a lot more than just these.

Nobody was even trying to pretend she didn't break the rules. But at the same time, since we're not fucking sociopaths, we all understood that it was a build-up of management ruining her shit that caused her to snap. Nobody pretended that she didn't break the rules, but most people understood that it was inevitable and her leaving that shithole would be to her great benefit.
