I think she has the perfect balance between engaging with her chat, her members, being energetic and being comfy. I noticed this pretty early on and it just ticks all the boxes for me. She's also not afraid to say weird stuff thats on her mind and share her past experiences. Makes her more relatable.
On unrelated note. When I see how she's potrayed in clips, it's actually quite staggering how different her personality can come off if you're somebody who's only exposure to Ame is through them. This is true for all Vtubers. But I feel out of the ENs she is certainly made to appear the most one dimensional by clipfags.
