Reposting the concept for my fan mascot for feedback. Yes I know its just Pyro Jack with the serial numbers filed off. I'm not very original/creative. I like the idea of the design being customizable (different lantern types, light sources, hats maybe, etc) and the idea is simple enough that there's room to play around with it. Ideally the "standard" lantern head would be a pumpkin shaped one to kind of invoke the Jack-o-Lantern image, but in the end this is just an idea that's been living rent free in my head for the past 2 weeks. I'll also repost the original explanation in case anyone wants to know more stuff.

I wanted the fan mascot to have some parts of my design incorporated with it, so for this first go, I wanted my cape and gloves. Obviously this is nowhere near the final design, but I feel like this is the direction I wanted to go with. Obviously if my small community says no then we'll think of something else, but more than anything I just wanted to put this down and throw it out there so I can finally focus on other things. Thoughts on the concept?
TLDR: thinking of having not!Pyro Jack as my fan mascot. Good idea?
