Your prose is quite good as well, although there was the occasional adjective that didn't really fit whatever it was describing. The fic might have been a touch long for the story it was trying to tell, since it felt kinda repetitive at some points, but overall it wrapped up really nicely. This is a strong fucking contender for the contest, well done.
