If a holo censors themselves or acts a certain way it's because they created that image from the very beginning and there's no reason to assume that they hate how constricted they are when they're the ones that created those contraints for themselves from the start.
Matsuri and Sora are both part of the same company and there's nothing pushing them to act the way they do other than their own image that they cultivated.
