As for your sleep I used to have insomnia growing up, but I finally cured it in High School. It turns out I had too much energy and when I joined the football team, excess energy was no longer an issue. I was so tired at night I had no choice but to sleep like a baby. So if you are having trouble sleeping try doing burpees or squats for about 30 minutes or until your legs cant move anymore. I assume hololive is working you to the bone so you might not need to work out but I promise it works.
