Twitch is the de facto streaming platform. Unless you're big ex corpo like Doki, Mint, Nimi or Dooby you have no business trying to grow on youtube as an indie vtuber. The algorithm is dogshit, the mod experience is horrendous and the copyright system is suffocating. Both Twitch and Youtube are tools. The metal has always been streaming on twitch and storing Vods and clips on youtube. Double dipping to maximize profit and growth.
