If someone's heart fails the blood in their body can move back into the lungs, increasing the pressure in the blood vessels and pushing clear fluid into the alveoli. So stabbing Jesus in the side didn't prove he was divine, it proved he was drowning in his own fluids as his heart stopped pumping.
