There is some strangeness. Iori is bilingual and has JP and EN streams, Tenma will participate in JP collabs sometimes, Airi will respond to Korean posts in chat, Remi has sorta learned JP and will respond to JP comments, Uruka has done a couple of fully Chinese streams, etc. It's still not very cleanly an "English" company owing to them not having very strict rules.
Basically, it's all over the place and it rewards checking different girls out, since you will see some surprising stuff. It's pretty fun getting to know them, honestly.
