She could get one of those logitech gamer mice that let you switch dpi settings on the fly. Really helpful with games that are too sensitive or too slow. They're not very expensive either, some go for as low as 15-30 bucks (on sale) and you have like 3 levels of sensitivity you can customize and cycle through with a button press. And if you save the settings on the mouse hardware itself you can take it with you and it will keep the settings even on another computer, like for when she needs to travel to Japan or off-collabs or whatever.
