500¥ is the lowest price you can ask for a commission on Skeb, and any time someone is asking for just 500¥, I'm not sure what to think. Usually I just assume it's someone trying to do reps but maybe buy a coffee or get some extra exposure at the same time. In the case of this artist specifically, it felt very hit or miss. Many of their girls felt cute, but other ones not as much. I'm not so sure what I think of this one just yet but I also haven't fully opened my eyes yet either.
