I don't think it's a mistake either, since it's specified to be her left side both times she attaches the ribbon. If we go by this picture, then that would mean every depiction of Chihiro we've seen until now has actually been Chihiro's, or rather Beatani's reflection. She also brought back the old song for the end of the video.
