Women don't have nearly as much capability as men to retain piss even with a barely full bladder let alone a full one. They have a much shorter urethra, they only have 1 sphincter holding it all back and it's ~40% weaker than the male equivalent and males also have the giant muscle that is the prostate backing ours up, and the way female musculature works it actually pulls the whole works outwards rather than inwards like males just naturally while putting pressure on the bladder.
They just leak a little here and there from the natural course of things throughout the day. Now, any physical activity increases this likelihood by a good margin especially running. Infact it's common knowledge in the running community women get runners bladder, where the constant up and down movement forces some out & the constant stretching of that area from your stride actively causes the sphincter holding it all back to stretch open as well. It's a common sight in marathons for at least 10% of the women present to have a wet spot.
To top all that off? That sphincter? Its hormone controlled. Tickling? Kissing? Fear? Adrenaline? Anything that caused some kind of chemical dump that causes the body or brain to sharply change chemistry effects the integrity of that sphincter ontop of the things like muscle contractions or loss of focus like in tickling making it harder to hold it all in.
If you've ever witnessed a woman laughing uncontrollably, being tickled, running, exercising, doing yoga, sitting for long periods of time, standing for long periods of time, getting flustered, getting horny, getting embarrassed, getting angry, being scared, excited, or any other off the norm state you've witnessed a woman pee themselves even if it's just a little.
Also a woman having given childbirth previously is MUCH more likely to have this occur and worsens the problem drastically.
Tl;dr women piss themselves all the time they literally can't help it. They weren't designed for it.
