That being said, MorIna Bloodborne seems to have gone through all of the correct hurdles so far, and managed to get approved for both Co-Op and presumably VC.
Not sure if just being summoned as her player character with no Chat or VC and simply communicating with gestures while only one perspective is streamed is allowed either, but that'd be a fun loophole.
