It's funny because early on it seemed like Gura was deathly afraid to do anything wrong and get bonked by management, but for the past year or so now, maybe longer, it seems like she can do pretty much whatever and they just have to accept it and won't say anything about it.
Maybe they have some sort of understanding with each other we don't know about, but either way it's ridiculous neither she nor management will make any sort of official statement about what's going on.
