She acts more naturally when around her regular audience and friends as she feels more comfortable around them, thus that might be why you guys have a high expectation of her. But between the technical difficulties(probably too busy these past 2 days to prepare and double-check much) and her nerves having to entertain an audience she's not familiar with she probs became very self-conscious and didn't know how to act. Thus the awkward impression.
