Here's some general advice for those trying to push through it all without sleeping.
Remember to drink a lot of water and to not only stay still during it all. I suggest a 2-3 hour interval where you stand up and stretch, doesn't have to be a big thing just to work up some blood flow again.
On food and drinks, smaller portions for all primary meals, limit the amount of fat and sugar you consume, and if you do it don't eat it all at once. And don't continuously drink coffee/caffeinated drinks if you drink those kind of drinks. Rather do it in bursts windows separated by a couple of hours allowing for your body to reset the caffeine effect.
And even if Pekora gave you allowance to not shower or take a bath I suggest you do that when you feel the lowest, and go for a cold shower.
