As promised here's the results today's baking for anons, I hope this will match your expectations.
This essentially is a puff pastry, 2 pastries with filling in between actually.
The filling is something called frangipane, which is a sweet almond-flavored custard. Regarding the top, its aspect comes from the egg yolk it's covered with but I was dumb and didn't "paint" the outlines as much as I should have so there's a disparity there.
Still, it was my first time trying my hand at it so it could've been worse I guess.
