Ame doesn't expose herself like she should, she also does this with her stream growth. She can get insanely popular fast if she wanted that, she could talk to JPs like Ollie, but her autism doesn't allow it.
She literally said that she was afraid of telling anyone that she has a birthday, and since it was few days after New Year that probably didn't help much either
TLDR; She doesn't expose herself to the JPs like Mori and Kiara, she doesn't advertise herself and is casual about her Hololive career instead of selling herself like a product, whether this is a bad or good thing is another matter
