ANYCOLOR CONTINUES TO SINK (IT'S PROBABLY GONNA GET WORSE)
Anycolor stocks continue to dwindle after lunch today, as the stock continued to sink down to 2612 yen (-79) to close us out. Another new low for them since the Q4 report. Furthermore, they're now currently look at a steep 147 yen loss for the week overall currently. But from the looks of things, it seems like it may get worse before it potentially gets better mainly because...
ANYCOLOR COMPLETES THEIR BUYBACK (IT'S DEFINITELY GONNA GET WORSE)
Anycolor as of writing has now completed their buyback, spending nearly 7.5 billion yen (aka 46.3 million USD) on buying back 2.7 million shares over the course of nearly 3 weeks. The training wheels (that they somehow fell off of anyway) are now off, and they have very little to help support them now. And while it's reasonable to expect them to fall, it's possible we may see some delusional investors buy in since it'll be at a "bargain." Regardless, it's about to get messy these next two days. I recommend some popcorn to go along with the show.
COVER SOARS ABOVE
Cover exceeded expectations today, after experiencing a sudden surge amidst a turbulent beginning before lunch, the stock not only managed to hold on to it but even went higher as they close out at 1988 yen (48) for today. While they're still in the red for the week, it's only a minimal 17 yen loss. However with the buyback for Anycolor ending, it's possible we see a ripple effect if Anycolor does start to accelerate downwards. We'll have to see if they can manage to decouple themselves off of Anycolor's failings, but history shows that's not often the case unfortunately.
