Need to see what they do with the Elysium lore on Tempus's side, Altare could hide a lot of potential since he has the title of "Hero" and his gunblade seems to belong to Omega Alpha
As for StarsJP, I'd say the strongests are Astel (could also include his crewmates cause some of their abilities are quite reliable), Oga, Shien, Fuma and maybe now Aruran since he has a dimension travelling ability
No idea if Rikka has combat functions as an Holoroid (his sleep mode MV could easily be one), but the other Stars are mostly normal humans as far as I remember, except I guess Temma cause he's a knight with superhuman strength
