I watched Nyan and Aethel before they started dating, and I still watch them now.
I'm not gonna pretend like I haven't had feelings for a vtuber, but it's not like that makes me entitled to them in some way. And it sure as shit doesn't happen with everyone I watch.
Hell, I've even had it happen where a girl I had a crush on did a boyfriend reveal, and you know what? Yeah, it hurt, but I got over it and I still watched her, because "surrogate girlfriend" wasn't the reason I started watching her in the first place.
There are no good reasons to have a problem with a streamer being in a relationship. Only mentally ill ones.
