Best I can refer you to is this creator who specializes in low poly work. They did the 3d model for Josuiji Shinri of Holostars at the recommendation of a friend of mine from VRChat. (For Clarity: Shinri choose this artist based on my friends recommendation )

>>78176395Crane is intended to have longer hair, but I couldn't find any hair that matched the bangs that was also long. As a compromise, I decided to go with shorter hair on the 3d model since I figured the silhouette of the bangs was more recognizable than the long flowing hair.
It makes me sad though, I for sure want to keep searching/touch it up.
Boothill from Honkai Starail, now that I've seen his avatar up close, actually pretty much has the Crane hair 1-for-1-ish.
