>>19109845I think I told this story before. 1 was a catch and release cat, but they were messing up the area where she used to live so this old woman who knew me and helped with the catch and release asked me to take her. The second was a mistreated bodega cat that I nabbed off said bodega. The 3rd was a kitten some homeless man that I used to give cash to ocassionally gave me because he didn't want this weird orange cat, that isn't usually the colors of strays around here, to not die like its mom did. The 4th I picked up in the middle of a snowstorm while pregnant and she had 3 kittens and they actually stuck together and liked each other so I couldn't bear to separate them. I have 3 dogs too given to me because no one wanted them too. I know it's weird, it's just really hard to say no to people when it comes to animals, especially since I've been dealing with this my whole life since my parents were the same way, taking in pets no one wanted. And those were trying to be rehomed and they would get given back. It sucks.
