Take numbers as money, alright? It's cool when you're passionate about your work, and caring about your salary doesn't make gay, soulless and less passionate. But if you're ready to do everything to get on top and get more money, using any possible opportunity to do that, good or bad, and get to the point when your creation becomes solely a tool to get more numbers - this is soulless and a problem.
