The limit for a girl being fat is that she can be fat until you can't immediately tell if she's pregnant just by looking at her. If a girl is fat enough to obscure her pregnant belly by month 5 she's too fat, This can be offset if she is impregnated by multiples, multiple mothers are allowed to be fatter.
