Let's say Kiara has an average of 2k. But she has over a million subscribers and international name recognition.
Therefore she can get super high peaks of 10k-20k people watching her karaokes/outfit reveals/special events. Her viewership is far less consistent because there's a massive pool of dead subs ready to tune in when they see something interesting.
By contrast an indie with the same 2k audience who does an outfit reveal/karaoke/special event won't get nearly the same peak. In fact they'd bee lucky to hit 3k. That's because almost everyone who knows they exist is actively watching them. They have a super low ceiling. Their viewers are more "consistent". This is an example of someone who can massively benefit from advertising.
