Kotone and himehina for example both do normal vtubing activities (to an extent) on top of their normal singing activities.
Yuni and all the Riot girls are basically exclusively singers with a few streams here and there. KMNZ and those girls are almost all primary singers as well with the streams typically just being karaoke or song writing streams.
