I think female v-youtubers work if it's like Ai's format, but vtubing itself as streaming lends itself too much to gfe or gfe-like shit. Men doing bfe is less common, since men can just rely on -actually playing videogames- to carry them, while women kind of hate videogames even when they 'like' them.
