And like the other anon said, FWMC have done absolutely nothing deserving of pretty much any real criticism. They've done their absolute best to make sure real misunderstandings are minimal and that there's been as much communication as possible.
Frustrations over games not being played are somewhat understandable, but it's shit they have zero control over since permissions are a total bitch. That's about it, outside of schizos sending retarded faggot ass supas, and FWMC are super professional in shutting them down. Usually by telling them to fuck off in the nicest, most businesslike way possible, which is totally deserved. Being a weirdo or shitstirrer deserves only dismissal.
