As someone who's performed in bands a lot, lineup is usually a matter of just grabbing whoever is actually available at the time. Is IRyS still in Japan? If the rest of Promise or EN aren't there to practice and perform for it, then the JP lineup makes sense, especially if it wasn't planned out well enough in advance. If she's close enough to Cover's studio she might as well bring some friends there for her live show and of course most of them would be JP in that case.
