Alright, I've listened to Grimmi's full statement about MSM and Novel Horizons and written down notes with timestamps for information and quotes that I think are significant. I'll summarize the important bits here, but if you want my notes and the clip itself they're at the bottom of the post.

She wants MSM to give away or destroy what they have, but not sell it because she doesn't want to be seen as associated with them financially>MSM was selling hot sauce without owning the rights to it. Grimmi didn't know this until she tried to take full control of Saucy and MSM started rushing to get the contracts finished. One of Grimmi's sauce partners pulled out as a result, and Grimmi had to pay out of pocket for something relating to this>MSM gave Grimmi a loan to start Saucy, she regrets accepting this loan and wishes she had saved up the money herself. Grimmi later confirms that she is in debt but didn't give details on what she went into debt for or the amount of money she owes>Grimmi mentions Novel Horizons a few times during her rant, using the same kind of language that she uses to defend MSM. I think this is because Grimmi did not get the figurine deal she asked MSM for last year (which was her stated "highest goal" as a VTuber) and she didn't find out until yesterday that MSM did nothing to even initiate that deal. When exiting MSM and trying to get the status of all of her current projects with them on August 24th, 2024, the only project MSM could name was "the Hoyoverse thing". Grimmi spent all of yesterday crying as a result, and likely pulled out of the San Japan meet and greet hosted by Novel Horizons because those bad feelings were just too strong. I don't think MSM and Novel Horizons are in bed together or that Novel Horizons has wronged Grimmi to the same extent that MSM did, as others suggest may have happened. I think Grimmi is just torn that MSM squandered a chance she had to achieve her dream and wants to forget it ever happened, which means forgetting that NH exists for a whileThis leaves one big question that I still have: What was the opportunity that Grimmi was willing to graduate for before she turned it down? Grimmi states during the clip at 27:50: "I wasn't going to have a source of income for six months". Grimmi's graduation date was March 3rd, 2024. Six months from then would be early next month in September. Hololive debuted their new gen in June, so it can't be them. Whatever Grimmi was going to be a part of hasn't been revealed yet
