She calls them magical little wiggling things, which is HIGHLY SUS, as if she already knows their name but doesn't want to say it.

This is of course is merely speculation on my part but there are two factors to this theory
1 - vshojo vtubers have never made secret that they were reading the threads
2- Of all the members of the cast, the only one who noticed was the one who had a ritualpost mentioned her by name.
It is common knowledge in /wvt/ is that most vtubers don't actually read the threads and just search themselves in the archives, this probably applies to /vsj+/ vtubers as well.
However, this is of little matter to the story presented: Wigglies are still the catalyst for the creation of /lig/ in a similar fashion of how WW1 started because the assassin of the duke of Ferdinand, after a failed attempt, went to get a sandwich and found himself in front of the duke merely by accident.
