But I meant the charm point as something that balances the outfit in way, makes the top equally attractive as the bottom the flashy skirt or bow I supoose, It´s sort of hard to explain.
I haven´t seen that many idol oufits with huge bows but the costumes in the Sailor moon musicals (which share a bunch of the idol aesthetics) have them even if you can´t seem the clearly in pic related, sorry.
