My theory is that Cover is terrified of someone's leaks enabling insider trading (a crime punishable with prison time) for a third party. It probably happened already (looking at you Mel), and that's why now Cover NDAs don't let even talents talk to each other about their own, personal future projects.
This is pure speculation, though.
