something that i used to make for breakfast every morning in more hectic wagie grind was like a microwave porridge: oats in a small bowl, enough milk to almost cover the oats, quick blast in the microwave and then honey, jam or frozen berries on top. done in a minute and it's serviceable.
the breakfast can be anything of course but the routine of it is the key so just doing it once or twice now and then won't do any good on that front.
