She's said the house is pretty nice, just rundown due to lack of him doing anything to it in over a decade.
I recall she said just after her Forest Elder died that she blew almost all of her savings giving him the best funeral imaginable. She'd been saving up for a house for years already at that point so I bet she dropped a lot, but it's sweet and shows the type of person she is.
