Next concept up is dumb/confused! Question marks, loading icons, generally whatever you use when the chuuba says/does something dumb. This was another hard category to define as a lot of them have staring emotes that double as a sort of wtf, but I decided that will be its own future category. It's also an interesting round because a lot of the girls don't have emotes explicitly meant to point out they're being dumb, but there's a lot of double emotes with the ones that do have them. Anyway, don't just vote for your oshi blah blah blah.
