Maybe she could get a new main graphic/animation with slots for adding the fan animations and just alternate them every stream.
Like a TV with channels flipping to a different animation every second or a cityscape based on Akihabara with billboards and screens all over the buildings for her to add Pomu gifs to. Then she could commission a unique BGM for it while keeping the spirit of the original alive.
If anyone here is any good at graphic design feel free to make something like that for her, I'm sure she'd love it.
