If we want to discuss Hololive’s problems, one major issue is that, unlike Nijisanji, they seem to believe that if something is given to one talent, it must be granted to everyone. If their best singer holds a concert, then even the weakest singer is expected to have one as well. If someone gets a personal manager, then everyone is supposed to have their own.
