Set a specific date and time for when you're closing submissions so people know exactly how long they have to finish their tiles. Ideally this deadline is at least two hours before any birthday celebration stream your chuuba might do, as it will take a while to finalize and send the card. After you get all of the submissions, they still need to be arranged into a perfect rectangle/square, and then two messages need to be written: one for the card's border and one for the tweet the card is being sent in. I can help you with any of these steps if you need it, but it still takes time to do
