What Neuro needs isn't another useless whore to collab with but for Vedal to stop being a lazy nigger and make it possible for Neuro to play a game or else perform an activity through which her insanity (which is what the majority of people follow Neuro for) will shine through.
I personally think one possible such way to make Neuro shine through are essays, Vedal should make it possible for Neuro to create powerpoint presentations herself about a particular subject and then have her run some streams like that. Kind of like that one news anchor stream we had.
In fact, just how lazy of a nigger do you have to be to not have certain theme streams make a monthly return or something ? There's tons and tons of stuff happening in the world, why not have Neuro parody news be a somewhat regular thing - I'm gonna make another hololive reference here but one of the most successful run of themed streams in vtubing were the asacoco news shows. I could totally see something like a "Morning Neuro" where you'd get Neuro to talk about other streamers or something and shit talk about her friends - kind of like what happens normally but better presented and less akward.
