Gura doesn't need an explanation
Fauna and Biboo have strong day to day averages no matter what they plays, it doesn't matter that their ceiling is lower. I use the Subaru argument here, their yearly peaks are lower but their day to day average is so strong you can't deny them
Mumei and IRyS are similar with obvious strengths and obvious weaknesses, but they both play to their strengths more often than not. It doesn't matter on the real charts if they have the potential to underperform if their actual streams are strong
Getting ahead of some arguments
>box events
Box events are important but not all first army are strong on box events, Subaru underperforms and Suisei didn't do great in GTA. The reality is box events don't happen year round
>low stream frequency
If they stream, they are strong, and that is what matters. Marine and Suisei have poor stream frequency but again, if they stream they are likely on the podium with whatever content they want.
>raids
Raids by definition can only occur if you are overlapped, so I consider it evened out with less contested slots. For my picks, raids are retained and further inclined on often anyways
>theoretically higher averages
If certain EN members, won't say names, stopped spamming debuff and focused on their buff content, they would easily take a spot. But we don't live in that world and I care more about realized numbers than potential numbers. Any member could theoretically do better or worse
