His full legal name has no bearing on anything and serves no purpose.
Saying he shouldn't graduate and he should still stream means that Camui obviously doesn't care about keeping him out of the vtubing space.
In addition, Camui deleted and VOD and hasn't publicly said a word about Patchey so again, he obviously doesn't care about keeping Patchey out and keeping others safe.
So regardless of the truth of Camui's accusations, Camui obviously doesn't agree with the idea that Patchey should be removed from the space. The question still looms, what does Patchey's full name have to do with this?
