I think we know and they know that if they were to leave Hololive now or soon, that the majority of these new fans of theirs are not going to be following them to wherever they go or end up in, especially JPs. They can probably count on the travelers who are still around and the new die hard ruffians, but those are pretty much it. Those aren't enough for them to make a living on especially if they plan to continue staying in Japan, and so they will have to stay in Hololive for as long as they can, even if they were the only ENs left in the near future. So for their sake, I hope that they truly are happy or at least ok with what they're doing in Hololive and that Hololive is still a good and enjoyable place to work, because there really is no alternative for them at the moment.
