Maybe I'm like Mocochan with her "Stamped signature is better than signed because it looks cooler Raffians" but in my opinion, it's the opposite. If you go in person you get 80% of the experience, watching from home is vastly superior in every single aspect except for hanging out with other fans. In person, it's too loud so you need to wear ear plugs but that muffles everything. Whereas at home you can listen on your speakers or specialized headsets and set it to the precise volume you want. In person you might have shit seats with shit sightlines, there might be a really fat and smelly Brat/Deadbeat in front of you or overflowing into your seat, and most of the times everyone is standing, so if you get tired and sit, you can't see shit. At home you can be in the comfort of your own bed/chair, get snacks whenever you want, go to the bathroom, and you're not smelling other people's BO.
The one reason to go to events is to hang out with other fans IMO which is very cool but people's mileage may vary on that. Everything else is better at home.
