I think, out of literally all generals that aren't "PL+Vtuber" (which I assume you wouldn't count because...duh) the most might be /mint/. There's a decent amount of Pomu in the thread. The ex-corpo indie threads have a lot of PL posting in general.
However, for most corporate threads, we're the exception; there isn't a lot of PL posting. Maybe /who/ by technicality, but that is a weird edge case.
I imagine it's a combination of "Nothing has happened with it for the past 2-5 years, so there's nothing to comment on due to stories being retold," "They were a low-view on Twitch without an archive channel/deleted their archive channel, so there isn't anything to post" and "No, it is wrong to do so (usually because it's a fleshy account, and thus is IRL postingbonus points if it is still active, thus being an RM account. )"
