>>99356545k fine. the server started as a irina fan server, but when irina made her discord only because of you know what the server changed and now most of the people in it are tatsu fans that moved to tatsu. this is not me saying that all tatsu fans are bad or groomers btw. the people in the server are the ones who complain about closed DMs in uoh by the way. they also shit-talk not only about irina but every girl despite it being a general 'fan server' for every lolituber. (yes they're talking shit about neppie as we speak.)
its ran by bistro but there are mods. and some people in the server (not going to name names) are regular chatters. you have to ask bistro to be invited, or have someone inside the server ask to let you in. the 'creepy ones' are the obvious suspects who are named pretty often, so they are known.
im in the server myself, i just mostly lurk. not everyone in it is evil which is commonly pushed. one thing in common is that most of the people who do talk actively are trying to get close to the girls, take that as what you will. now if i get executed and found out, atleast you all know the truth.
