If a thread has a theme and sticks to that theme they are generally pretty welcome to include other chuubas that fit that theme, like tact or uoh. I feel like some side threads are hyper specific on the idea that they created [x] thread for [x] person and if others share the theme fuck off this is my waifu thread. like the fag thread for cute boys or whatever the fuck its called.
